Challenge #2 – POWERED by AI
Leverage AI to strengthen Application protection, DDoS Protection, threat research and SOC/NOC operations
Background
As cyber threats grow in complexity and scale, traditional security operations struggle to keep up with the volume, velocity, and variety of attacks. AI can both strengthen application security and serve as a powerful enabler for SOC efficiency and effectiveness. Teams are challenged to leverage AI to create advanced protections mechanisms, automate defenses, enhance threat intelligence, and optimize SOC operations to reduce Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR).
Key Focus Areas

-
AI-Driven Protection: Apply AI across WAF, Bot Management, CSP, API Security, DDoS, and ATO.
-
SOC/NOC Optimization: Integrate AI to enhance SOC/NOC workflows, enabling faster triage, incident analysis, and automated response to reduce MTTR. By integrating AI into the SOC, the goal is not only to detect and prevent attacks but also to optimize the end-to-end response lifecycle, enabling Radware to maintain leadership in proactive, AI-powered security.
-
Threat Research Enhancement: Use Generative AI to enrich Radware’s Threat Research Platform and generate insights from large datasets and anticipate emerging threats. In addition, Use AI to identify evolving attack patterns.
-
Generative AI-Powered UX: Enable AI to create custom dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., MCP-based reports), making security insights more accessible, interactive, and actionable.
Resources
-
Cloud ERT Insights: Leverage input from our Cloud ERT teams on recent unmitigated attacks and Service Impact Events related to security and mitigation.
-
Customer Feedback: Utilize insights from customer feedback collected by our Product Managers (PMs), Sales Engineers (SEs), and Professional Services (PS) teams.
-
Radware Cloud NOC/SOC: Leverage input from SOC/NOC on existing operations challenges.
-
UX Insights: Collaborate with UX designer & PMs across both cloud and on-prem offering Sales, identify pain points and analyze data the needs and the pains that can drive UX to the next level.

Outcomes
For all challenges the outcomes should be:
-
App - mockup or demo, algorithm, automation, tools, UX mockup, or any other means to demonstrate the suggested value of the selected challenge
-
Presentation: 3 minutes pitch: “Why?”- Need/Problem, “What?” – alternative solutions, suggested solution, the value, “How?” - implementation plan
