Background
AI can transform operations by automating repetitive tasks, reducing human error, and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making. Teams are challenged to Identify processes where AI can significantly speed up decisions and outcomes and create solutions that streamline workflows, improve productivity and accelerate time-to-value across Radware functions (R&D, Product, Sales, HR and all other departments).
Key Focus Areas

Productivity Enhancement:
- Use AI to accelerate code development, document creation, or sales enablement.
- Apply AI to knowledge management, making organizational insights more accessible.
- Apply AI for anomaly detection in processes like budgeting, cost analysis or sales forecasting. -
Cross-Functional Integration: Build AI solutions that connect workflows across departments e.g., linking Sales CRM data with R&D product roadmap, and enabling smooth data flow and decision-making across silos.

Generative UX for Business Teams:
- Allow teams to generate custom reports, dashboards, or presentations using AI. For example, HR could request “AI-powered attrition insights” or Sales could generate “AI-driven opportunity pipeline forecasts.”
- Provide AI-driven dashboards and decision-support tools for executives and team leaders enabling predictive analytics e.g. churn prediction.
