WHAT IS THE HACKATHON ABOUT?

24 hours of global event where you will be challenged to find and design innovative solutions to add to our products and services.  

Teams will be competing to win awesome prizes and impact Radware's product portfolio and services while having loads of fun.  

HOW DOES THE HACKATHON WORK?

The hackathon is based on the following platforms:​

  • On site  

  •  IL- Training Rooms (Main Building).  

  • RIC – Bangalore, Chennai  

  • Global employees in other locations will join via Zoom  

  • Zoom – Hackathon’s virtual venue, we will be on a live Zoom throughout the event. 

HACKATHON TIMELINE
(Times in Israel, CET+1)

Tuesday, December 9rd  

3:00pm       Kickoff  

3:30pm       Work in action 

 

Wednesday, December 10th 

                      Free Start – Each team can choose when to start 

3:00pm       Stop Working – Prepare to Pitch your Project 

3:30pm       Demo-Show (3 minutes pitch + 2 minutes Q&A)  

7:00pm       Submission Deadline, Upload to One Drive 

 

Thursday, December 11th 

3:00pm       Top 5 Announcement 

3:30pm       Final - Top 5 Pitches – On Site and Zoom 

6:00pm       Announcing the Winners - On Site and Zoom 

LIVE PITCH

3 minutes Pitch + 2 minutes for Judges Q&A: â€‹

  • We recommend focusing on: What’s the problem? What’s been done today? What’s the suggested solution? What’s the value? What's the implementation plan?  

  • We also recommend leaving time for a short Demo. 

SUBMISSION: WHAT, WHEN, AND WHERE.

Each team must submit the following 3 items: â€‹

  • 5-minutes video which will be structured as follows
    2 minutes pitch –  for recorded Pitch
    3 minutes to present a Demo/Mockup/Service Flow

  • One pager - A short document explaining your solution 

  • Working code - OR- Mockup -OR- Service flow of your project  

 

All of these must be submitted via One Drive Link until Wednesday, Dec 10th @ 7pm IDT 

JUDGING CRITERIA

By the end of the events, teams would be judged by the following judging criteria:

Innovation, Creativity and Usability

15%

X - Factor
